What I have found is that the vibration of love is the very fabric of human life.

At the core of attachment theory is a need to be loved an nourished. At the center of trauma, there is a terrorizing disconnection from love. Furthermore, at the center of ecstatic experience love is what is reported. Unity conscious is described as universal love, and in the depths of profound psychedelic work, we work to love ourselves, the planet, and each other more. As the wise poet Rumi stated, ‘Your task is not to seek love, but to seek out all the barriers you have built up against it.” Love is the vibrational reality we ultimately find after all our walls and defense mechanisms have been broken down, and we can surrender to who we are at our core. LOVE is the CENTER of the SOUL.

When we can MAINTAIN this inner frequency, we share it effortlessly, helping the collective heal and ascend. Learning to hold this frequency within ourselves is an advanced Soul lesson many of us are here to master.

Throughout my years as a healer and coach, I've observed a recurring theme among women from diverse backgrounds—varying in age, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status.

These remarkable individuals came from various backgrounds: some were dedicated mothers, others single and exploring self-healing, a few happily partnered, others flourishing in high-powered careers, some were budding college students, and a few were seniors seeking their soulmates. What united them all wa a common thread. These remarkable people, possessing high levels of success, education, empathy, and intuition, often place themselves at the bottom of their own priority lists.

While extending care and support to others remains a significant goal, many still lack a genuine, passionate, and unfiltered connection with themselves. This absence of genuine self intimacy created a metaphorical 'glass ceiling,' hindering their deepest desires from manifesting. Why?

We attract what we are, not what we want. The universe meets us half way…so we need to do our part. The truth is, without truly loving ourselves, we cannot maintain the frequency needed to sustain a fully awakened & balanced life. When we love, respect, and honor the inner relationship, the universe opens the doors to all things with ease.

Without doing the inner work, we become fractured from the Sacred, vulnerable to outside influences, held hostage by our past stories & patterns, and depleted by pesky lower vibrations. This is evident if we find ourselves over-scheduled, overwhelmed, and productive, but not one bit closer to having a sense of fulfillment.

Instead there is a nagging numbness, an itchy discontentment, a deep soul sadness that stirs in the empty moments. So, we get right back on the goal-setting treadmill…again, and again.

As we embark on a journey of authentic self care, we begin to understand that LOVE is not a list of actions, an emotion, but actually a frequency of higher dimensional reality. As we cultivate true self loyalty and love, life opens to us in extraordinary grace.
